Who can participate?
Students from any college/university and young professionals under 30 can participate. Teams of 2-10 members are allowed.
What is the registration fee?
The base registration fee is ₹1,500 per participant. This covers workshop access (hybrid), 24-hour on-campus hackathon, and participation certificate. Note: Food & Accommodation are NOT included in the registration fee and are available as an optional add-on at ₹2,500 per candidate.
What about Food & Accommodation?
Food & Accommodation are priced at INR 2,500 per candidate and are separate from the base registration fee. This is an optional add-on that you can select during the registration/checkout process for each team member.
Can I attend workshops online?
Yes! Day 1 workshops are available in both ONLINE and OFFLINE modes — participation is optional and you can choose either mode based on your convenience. Join us at IIT Roorkee campus or attend virtually from anywhere!
Is the hackathon online or offline?
The 24-hour hackathon is PHYSICAL (ON-CAMPUS) ONLY at IIT Roorkee. Physical presence is MANDATORY to participate in the hackathon and compete for prizes. Online participation is NOT available for the hackathon — only for Day 1 workshops.
What should I bring to campus?
Bring your laptop, charger, any hardware you want to use, and your enthusiasm! We provide WiFi and power outlets at the venue. If you have opted for Food & Accommodation, meals will be provided at the venue.
What if I can only attend online?
If you can only attend online, you can participate in Day 1 workshops virtually. However, please note that hackathon participation (Day 2) requires mandatory physical presence at IIT Roorkee campus. Only physically present participants are eligible for prizes and certificates.
