Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", "Document") govern participation in the Neurobots Global Robotics, Drones & Agentic AI Championship ("Event", "Competition", "Championship"). This Agreement forms a binding legal contract between:

• Organizer: Neurobots Global, powered by Codemania Edu Tech Pvt Ltd
• Participants: Individuals, teams, guardians, institutions
• Affiliated partners: Volunteers, sponsors, vendors, collaborators, jurors

• "Event" refers to the Neurobots Global Robotics, Drones & Agentic AI Championship.
• "Organizer" refers to Neurobots Global, powered by Codemania Edu Tech Pvt Ltd.
• "Participant" includes any competitor, minor, guardian, institution representative, or team.
• "Team" refers to 1–6 registered participants.
• "Equipment" includes robots, drones, controllers, laptops, sensors, software, AI models, and tools.
• "Venue" refers to any physical site designated by the Organizer.
• "Guardian" refers to a legally recognized parent/guardian for minors.
• "IP (Intellectual Property)" refers to all creations, code, algorithms, hardware, AI agents, and prototypes.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

Participants must:

• Be students, innovators, hobbyists, professionals, or institution-affiliated individuals.
• Provide valid registration details and identity information.
• Adhere to all safety, technical, and behavioral rules.
• Ensure minors are accompanied or represented by a legal guardian.

Organizers reserve the right to approve or reject registrations.

2.2 Team Composition

• Teams may consist of 1 to 6 members.
• A Team Leader must be designated.
• A participant cannot join multiple teams in the same track.
• Institutions may impose internal selection guidelines.

2.3 Equipment Rules

Participants may bring:

• Robots, drones, microcontrollers, laptops, and accessories
• Custom hardware or AI systems built independently

Equipment must comply with:

• Event safety norms
• Category-specific constraints
• Local and national regulations (including DGCA guidelines for drones)

3.1 Participant Behavior Expectations

Participants shall:

• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and respect.
• Follow Venue rules and instructions from staff.
• Operate equipment responsibly and safely.

3.2 Strictly Prohibited Conduct

Participants must NOT:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others.
• Tamper with or sabotage another team's equipment.
• Hack, manipulate, or interfere with scoring systems, networks, robots, drones, or AI infrastructure.
• Use weapons, explosives, harmful chemicals, or illegal materials.
• Violate designated drone and robot safety zones.

4.1 Ownership of Participant Creations

Participants retain full ownership of:

• Robots, drones, prototypes
• Source code, AI agents, algorithms
• Documentation and project designs

4.2 Event License for Media & Promotion (Non-Exclusive)

Participants grant the Organizer the limited, non-exclusive right to:

• Photograph and record their participation
• Showcase projects for promotional or educational use
• Publish team names and results online

The Organizer may not sell or commercially exploit Participant creations.

4.3 Software, APIs, & Tools Provided by Organizer

If Neurobots provides datasets, APIs, firmware, AI tools, or cloud credits:

• They must be used ONLY within the competition
• Reverse engineering is prohibited
• Redistribution or resale is forbidden

Misuse may result in disqualification and legal action.

5.1 Robotics Safety Requirements

Participants must:

• Ensure robots do not contain sharp edges or hazardous components.
• Use properly insulated wiring and secured mechanisms.
• Operate robots only in designated testing zones.
• Maintain manual override or emergency stop mechanisms if required.

5.2 Drone Safety Requirements

Drone operators must:

• Adhere to altitude, speed, and airspace restrictions.
• Maintain clear line-of-sight during flight (unless category permits autonomy).
• Use propeller guards where mandated.
• Immediately cease operation if instability is detected.
• Follow DGCA, FAA, or local aviation rules where applicable.

• All judging decisions are final and binding.
• Scoring criteria will be shared before rounds begin.
• Attempts to bribe, influence, or manipulate judges are strictly prohibited.
• Results may be publicly displayed on websites and media channels.

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Cheating or plagiarism
• Unsafe operation of equipment
• Misconduct or harassment
• Rule violations
• Providing false registration details

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by misuse of equipment
• Drone crashes, robot failures, or AI malfunctions
• Loss or theft of belongings
• Travel or accommodation losses
• Technical delays, network outages, or Venue issues

The Organizer may modify:

• Schedules
• Venue
• Categories
• Rules
• Safety requirements

The Event may be rescheduled or cancelled due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Technical breakdowns
• Government restrictions
• Insufficient registrations

Participants will be notified via registered email.

By participating, You consent to:

• Photography and videography
• Live streaming
• Public listing of scores and achievements
• Use of media for marketing and academic publications

You waive rights to compensation for such usage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
